I’m having a problem with the delivery of my orderUpdated 2 days ago

Always check the track & trace link you received by email first. This will give you the most up-to-date information about your parcel. You can also view the status of your order in your account under My orders.

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received anything

First, check whether the parcel has been delivered to a neighbour, left in a safe spot around your home, or taken to a collection point. The carrier often notes this in the track & trace details.

Also, check that the delivery address provided is correct.

Can’t find the parcel? Please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

My order is delayed

During busy periods or due to circumstances at the carrier, a delivery may sometimes be delayed. Check the track & trace for the most up-to-date delivery information.

The track & trace is not being updated

It may take some time for a carrier to process new scans. In that case, please wait 24 hours and check the track & trace again.

My order has been taken to a collection point

If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel, it is sometimes taken to a collection point. You can use the track & trace to see which collection point your order is at and the deadline for collection.
